Articles, images, and code on this site are owned by Vietnam Wayfarer or licensed to us (e.g., Wikipedia / Wikimedia Commons CC-BY-SA, Pexels free license). You may:

• Read articles for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share short excerpts (under ~100 words) with a link back to the original article.
• Save articles for offline reading via standard browser features.

You may NOT, without explicit permission:

• Republish full articles on another site, blog, or aggregator.
• Train AI/ML models on this site's content for commercial use.
• Mirror, scrape, or systematically download articles via bots or automated tools.
• Use Vietnam Wayfarer branding, logo, or domain in misleading ways.

2. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you provide an email address. We use it only to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in every email. We don't sell or share the list. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. User-submitted content

Comments, contact-form messages, and any content you submit must:

• Not violate Vietnamese law (incl. Cybersecurity Law 2018) or any third party's rights.
• Not contain spam, malware, or affiliate links.
• Not be threatening, abusive, defamatory, or illegal.

We may remove user content for any reason without notice. By submitting content, you grant Vietnam Wayfarer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and (if relevant) excerpt it within the site context.

The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the content is error-free, current, complete, or fit for any specific purpose. See the Disclaimer for details on travel-safety, medical, financial, and advertising limits.

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Vietnam Wayfarer, its publisher, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage arising from your use of the site or the content, including (but not limited to): travel disruption, illness, injury, theft, financial loss, data loss, or reliance on outdated information.
